Event Overview: 

Trivia Master Curtis Earth is back to host the Key Initiative's annual Battle of the Brains trivia night on July 29th at 7pm! You can play on your own or put together a team to try to win our top prizes. The entire game will be played via video call on Zoom, all from the comfort of your own home... or wherever you want to play from! With raffle prizes like Disney tickets, Kendra Scott jewelry, restaurant gift cards and more... you're guaranteed to have a great time! 

Pricing:

  • Individual: $20 entry fee which includes admission into the virtual trivia game AND automatic entry into our prize raffle. 

Sponsorships: 

  • Presenting Sponsor: $700, which includes:
    - 2 Teams of up to 6 participants
    - Logo presence on trivia host’s Zoom background
    - Logo presence or ad on answer sheet
    - Logo presence or ad online raffle platform
    - Logo recognition on registration site and marketing materials
    - Recognition at the beginning of your designated round
    - Question about your company in one of the trivia games
  • Round Sponsor: $350, which includes:
    - 1 team of up to 6 participants
    - Logo presence on scrolling powerpoint at beginning of event & in between rounds
    - Logo recognition on registration site and marketing materials
    - Logo presence or ad on answer sheet
    - Logo presence or ad on online raffle platform
    - Recognition at the beginning of your designated round
  • Silver Sponsor: $250, which includes 
    - 1 team of up to 6 participants
    - Logo presence on scrolling powerpoint at beginning of event & in between rounds
    - Logo recognition on registration site and marketing materials
    - Logo presence or ad on online auction platform

Here's how it works: 

  • Step 1: Click the register button and sign up as an individual or sponsorship team.
  • Step 2: The day of the event, you will receive an email and text with the Zoom link to join the virtual game. 
  • Step 3: Get your thinking caps on!
  • Step 4: On July 29th, click the Zoom link and we will explain the rules and how the game is played. 

Playing as a Team: 

If you are playing as a team and your team members are all in different locations, you will have to use another platform to communicate with each other during the game. You will designate one player to submit your answers on behalf of your team. Here are some options and links on ways your team can chat during the game:

  • FaceTime
  • Separate Zoom Call (Note it will have to be from a different account than the one you are using for the event - more details here)
