Guests will enjoy a special red-carpet experience picking up a three-course, fine dining dinner package from Charley's Steak House in Orlando. 
PLEASE NOTE: Actual pickup location will be at Vito's Chop House located at 8633 International Drive, Orlando FL 32819.

You'll be home in time to eat while tuning in to a special presentation by Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Florida, followed by an interactive magic show with professional magician and mentalist, Joe Brogie.

Items that need to be placed back in refrigerator:

  • Salted Caramel Cheesecake

  • Char-Grilled Oysters

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • Sautéed Mushrooms

  • Crab Stuffed Shrimp & Beurre Blanc Topping

Items that can sit out:

  • Filet Mignons are already seared rare – let them sit out for 1-2 hours

  • Garlic toast for oysters

  • Garnishes & Toppings

  • Rock Salt for Oysters

Step 1: Get ready!

  • Turn oven on to 400 degrees

  • Take everything out of the refrigerator (except the Salted Caramel Cheesecake)

  • Items needed for cooking:

  • For oysters: Cookie sheet or sheet pan, large round or oval plate, tongs

  • For filets: Frying pan with lid, tongs, two dinner plates

  • For sides: Cooking spoon, side dishes

  • For dessert: Large round or oval plate

Step 2: Prepare Char-Grilled Oysters for your Appetizer

  • Place oysters on sheet pan

  • Warm up oysters in oven for 4 to 5 minutes

  • Set your plate with rock salt and lemon & parsley garnish

  • Place garlic toast in the oven for the final minute (take the lid off)

  • Take oysters and garlic toast out of the oven once the 5 minute mark hits

  • Place oysters onto the plate around your garnish  

  • Presentation tip: rounded side of the oyster should be placed towards the outside of the plate

  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese and pour garlic butter on top of oysters as soon as they come out of the oven

  • Place garlic toast on top of the oysters and enjoy!

Step 3: Prepare Side Items – Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Sautéed Mushrooms

  • Place garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms right in the oven for 15 minutes
    (Take the lid off and use the same container that we placed them in)

  • Stir sides with cooking spoon after you take them out of the oven

  • Place them in side dishes and sprinkle parsley on top

Step 4: Prepare Filet Mignon & Crab Stuffed Shrimp Entrees

  • Place salted butter in frying pan on medium heat

  • Cook steaks for 3 minutes on each side covered for a medium/medium-rare result

  • Place stuffed shrimp in the oven (with the lid off) after you flip the filets

  • Set up dinner plates with filet topped with stuffed shrimp

  • Skewer the middle of the shrimp through the filet  

  • Pour beurre blanc on top of filet & stuffed shrimp

  • Garnish the plate with parsley and enjoy!

Step 5: Prepare Salted Caramel Cheesecake

  • Take cheesecake out of the refrigerator and place on large plate

  • Place whipped cream and mint sprig on the side of the cheesecake and enjoy!
