ELIGIBILITY. Entry is open to current legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia age 25 years and above at time of entry.
HOW TO ENTER. To enter, access the Home of Distinction entry page at rmhccf.org/homeofdistinction during the entry period of Monday, March 22, 2021–April 30, 2021 and follow the on-screen instructions to enter. All entries must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday, April 30, 2021. Information provided during entry may be used for future communications by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF CHOSEN ENTRANT. A grand prize winner will be selected at random by a representative of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida from among all eligible entries received by the deadline. Selected winner will be required to respond within one week of attempted notification. Failure to respond by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 7, 2021 will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen from remaining eligible entries. An alternate winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if selected winner (a) cannot be reached; (b) fails to agree to all terms and conditions set forth by these official rules; or (c) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.
PRIZE. Grand Prize: A 4-Day/3-Night stay at Orlando’s Home of Distinction 2021, Eagle Cove, an Official Reunion Resort and Golf Club Vacation Home located at 1148 Grand Traverse Parkway, Kissimmee FL 34747 from Friday, July 16, 2021 through Monday, July 19, 2021 and six single-day Park Hopper Passes to Walt Disney World, valid through October 25, 2021 (subject to rules and restrictions set by Walt Disney World). No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is available. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday, July 16, 2021; check-out time is 10:00 AM on Monday, July 19, 2021. Grand Prize winner will have access to Reunion Resort & Golf Club amenities.
FEES AND EXPENSES. Any and all taxes, surcharges, personal expenses, and travel costs are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize. Additional fees may apply for select resort amenities. See Reunion Resort & Golf Club website for details. Winner is responsible for a $4,000 refundable security deposit paid to Reunion Resort and Golf Club for protection against damages. A cleaning fee of $1,800 and a resort fee of $140/night will be paid to Reunion Resort and Golf Club by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida for this stay.
ODDS. The odds of winning Grand Prize are dependent on number of tickets purchased by an individual. Only 500 tickets are available (One ticket purchase=1/500 chance of winning).
CONDITIONS. Once a winner is selected and Grand Prize has been accepted, coordination of stay will be handled by representatives of Landmark Custom Builder and Remodeling. Winner agrees to allow use of first name, city, and state to be posted on social media by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions. All decisions by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida are final and binding. The Grand Prize has been proudly donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida by homeowners Joseph and Anna Rodriguez of Connecticut. All proceeds from ticket sales for this giveaway directly benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. All entries have an equal chance of selection. Winners must be 25 years of age or older.
